The San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles is committed to expanding access and ​providing participatory opportunities for everyone in our community. We are proud to be ​a part of the following programs that provide free admission throughout the year.

Museums for All
Through Museums for All, we offer four free admission tickets to EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) cardholders. Simply present your EBT card and a valid photo ID when you arrive.

Discover & Go Library Program
Through Discover & Go, we provide free general admission for California library cardholders. Check here to see if your library participates in the program and ​to receive your free pass.


Community Family Pass Program
We provide free general admission passes to families and youth working with our community partners.


North American Reciprocal Museum Association
Members of the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Program enjoy free general admission for up to 2 people. Simply present your current membership card from any museum, marked with the gold NARM sticker. 


South First Fridays
On the first Friday of every month, admission during our regular hours of 11am-3pm is "pay what you can." We open with free admission from 5-9pm in collaboration with South First Fridays. You can learn more about South First Fridays and find other participating locations here.

Active Military
We offer free admission to the active-duty military personnel.
